Why can’t I publish my event?
Publishing runs validation checks. Here’s every reason it can be blocked and exactly how to fix each one.
When you hit Publish, Verimly checks that buyers could actually complete a purchase. If something’s missing, publishing is blocked with a clear reason. Here are the causes and fixes.
“Seating isn’t ready”
Your seat map is incomplete. Open Seating, place all seats, ensure no seat lacks a zone, then publish the seat map. See Publishing a seated event.
“Pricing isn’t ready”
A seat zone has no active ticket type enabled for it. On the Tickets page, give every zone at least one active type with pricing. A price of 0 is fine — that’s different from “Not for sale”.
No tickets to sell
For general-admission events, add or activate at least one ticket type with quantity above zero.
Other things to check
- The essentials are filled: title, date and slug.
- Payments are connected if any ticket has a price above 0.
- For seated events, no zone is left with every matrix cell empty or “Not for sale”.
Tip
Read the exact banner message — it names the failing check and links to the right page. Validation re-runs each time you publish.
