How much does Verimly cost?
Verimly charges a flat fee per ticket or add-on sold, set by the ticket's own price: up to €15.00, €0.29; €15.01 to €40.00, €0.59; €40.01 to €100.00, €0.99; over €100.00, €1.49. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no monthly minimum. Creating an account, building a storefront, drawing seat maps and publishing events are all free.
Why does the fee change with the ticket price?
So a community event and a premium one are each charged something that makes sense for them. A single flat number would sit heavily on a €10 ticket and barely register on a €90 one. You always know what a ticket costs to sell the moment you set its price.
Which band applies when an order mixes prices?
Each line is banded on its own price. A €12 ticket and a €60 ticket in the same basket are charged their own band each, not an average.
Is there a fee for free events?
No. The fee applies to paid tickets only, so an event with free tickets costs nothing to run on Verimly.
Who pays the fee, the organizer or the buyer?
The organizer. Nothing is added to the buyer’s cart — they pay exactly the ticket price you set. The fee is deducted from your payout.
What are the payment processing fees?
Processing is charged by the payment provider at their published rates and Verimly does not mark it up. In the Netherlands that is €0.29 for iDEAL, €0.35 for Bancontact and from 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards.
Do I need a contract or a minimum commitment?
No. There is no contract, no minimum volume and nothing to cancel. If you stop selling tickets, you stop paying.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go to your own connected payment account on the schedule you set in workspace settings, with the Verimly fee already deducted.
Does it cost more to use assigned seating?
No. The seat-map editor, venue templates and the price matrix are part of the product, at the same rate as any other ticket.
Does a door sale cost more than an online sale?
No. A ticket sold through Verimly POS falls in the same price band, at the same flat fee, as one sold on the storefront.
Is there a charge per team member or per device?
No. Invite as many members as you need and pair as many POS devices as the night takes. Charging for the crew only produces shared logins.
What happens to the fee when I refund an order?
The buyer is refunded through the payment method they used, and your payout figure is recomputed to reflect what actually happened, so the reporting stays consistent with the money.
Does a custom domain cost extra?
No. It is included; you only pay for the domain registration itself, wherever you buy it.
Can I try it before publishing anything?
Yes. Create an account, build the storefront, draw the seat map and set up the event. Nothing is charged until a paid ticket sells, and nothing is public until you publish it.
