Independent by default
Organisers keep their name, domain and customer relationship in front. Verimly earns trust by being the reliable company behind the experience.
About Verimly
Verimly began with a simple frustration: the people creating an event were expected to stitch together a shop, payments, seating, customer data and event-night tools. We believed the company behind the event should stay visible — and the software should quietly hold the operation together.
The story so far
It started with fragmentation. Publishing, seating, sales and the door were treated as separate jobs, even though organisers experience them as one event.
The first principle was ownership. The organiser’s domain, brand and customer relationship had to remain in front of the ticketing infrastructure.
The scope grew around the full event. Online sales, assigned seating, event-night POS and check-in now share one operating model.
Today we are preparing Verimly for its first public release, starting with independent organisers across Europe.

We build the publishing and event-night sides together. A decision is only good when it works for the organiser, the door team and the buyer.
There is no subscription or setup fee. Verimly charges when a paid ticket or add-on sells, so our model grows with the organisers we serve.
Where we are going
We are early, which means the habits we choose now matter. Reliability, honest pricing, direct support and careful product decisions are how we intend to become long-term infrastructure for independent events.
