Part 1: The price they were promised
The total is the ticket price you set. There is no booking fee appended at the last step, because the Verimly fee is deducted from your payout instead.
Payments
A Dutch buyer reaching for iDEAL and finding only a card form is a buyer you lose at the last step.
Verimly checkout supports the payment methods European buyers expect: iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Przelewy24, BLIK, EPS, MB WAY, MobilePay, Swish, TWINT and cards. Which ones appear depends on your connected payment account and market. Nothing is added to the buyer's cart — the Verimly fee comes out of your payout, and money lands in your own connected account on your schedule.
The numbers on the screen above mark the parts that do the work. Here is what each one is.

iDEAL in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, BLIK in Poland. Buyers do not compare payment methods; they look for theirs and leave if it is missing.
Apple Pay and Google Pay complete without typing a card number, which matters most on the phone where most tickets are bought.
Checkout runs on your domain in your colours. The last screen before someone pays is not the moment to introduce a stranger.
Tickets, seats and merchandise settle together, so there is one payment, one confirmation and one payout to reconcile.
In the Netherlands, iDEAL is not a nice-to-have — it is how people pay online. The same is true of Bancontact in Belgium and BLIK in Poland. Offering a familiar method is not about preference: a buyer who does not recognise any option on the page assumes something is wrong and leaves, and you never find out why.
Nothing is added to the cart at the last step. The buyer pays exactly the ticket price you set, which is the number they saw when they decided to come. The Verimly fee is deducted from your payout instead, so the promise the poster made is the promise the checkout keeps.
Payments run through your own connected account, and the processing fee is the provider's published rate with no markup from us. Funds are paid out to your bank on the schedule you choose, rather than sitting in a balance we hold on your behalf.
A refund issued from an order syncs back automatically, including partial refunds, and a dispute is recorded against the order it belongs to. Your reporting stays correct without anyone maintaining a second version of the truth in a spreadsheet.
What you actually do, in order, the first time.
One onboarding flow from workspace settings, run by the payment provider, with your own business details.
Turn on the methods that fit your market. The set available depends on your account and country.
Daily, weekly or monthly, to your own bank account.
Buyers pay the ticket price, you receive it less the Verimly fee and processing.

No. Buyers pay the ticket price and nothing more. The Verimly fee comes out of the organizer's payout.
On the payout schedule you set in workspace settings. Funds go to your own connected payment account, not to a Verimly-held balance.
Refunds are issued from the order and synced back automatically, including partial refunds and disputes, so your reporting stays accurate.
iDEAL is being folded into Wero, the European payments initiative. Verimly follows what the payment provider supports, so the transition is handled without you changing anything.
Your workspace sells in the currency of your connected account, and the storefront, the emails and the reporting all use it consistently.
