Managing attendees
See who’s coming, search tickets, and handle attendee questions from the Attendees page.
The Attendees page on each event lists every issued ticket — one row per ticket — so it’s your single source of truth for who’s coming.
What you’ll see
- The attendee/buyer name and contact email.
- The ticket type, plus seat label for seated events (e.g. “A-12”).
- The order it belongs to, linked for payment details.
- The check-in state — whether it’s been scanned.
Tip
Use search to find an attendee by name or email — essential at the door when someone’s phone has died.
Common tasks
An attendee lost their email
Open the related order and resend their tickets or access link. See Resending tickets.
Someone is coming instead of the buyer
The QR code is what counts at the door. Set your own name-change policy and note it on your event page.
Scanning isn’t possible at the door
Find the guest by name/email and check them in manually — this prevents the ticket being reused.
Good to know
An order can contain multiple tickets. Sales reporting speaks in orders and revenue; Attendees speaks in individual tickets.
