Event statuses explained
What draft, published, live, ended and cancelled mean — and what buyers can do in each state.
Every event has a status that controls what buyers see and whether tickets can be sold.

Draft
Completely private. Use this stage to finish tickets, pricing, the page and any seat map. You can enable or disable assigned seating only while in draft.
Published & Live
Published means the event is on your storefront and selling. Live means it’s happening now — when check-in scanning and the Live dashboard matter most.
Cancelling ≠ refunding
Cancelling an event does not automatically refund buyers. See Cancellations vs refunds.
