When your event is happening, the Live dashboard shifts from “how are sales going?” to “how is the event going right now?”. It’s your real-time view of the door.
What it shows
- Check-ins as they happen — updating live as staff work the door.
- Attendance progress — how many of your sold tickets have arrived.
- On-the-day activity — a real-time pulse of what’s going on.
Tip
Watch the arrival curve — a steep curve at doors-open means you may want more staff scanning. If check-ins stall unexpectedly, it can flag a scanning issue worth checking.
Good to know
The more consistently staff scan, the more accurate your live picture. After the event, comparing sold vs attended is one of the most useful numbers — a big gap is worth understanding.
