Using the seat map editor
Lay out your venue visually — sections, rows, a stage and zones — with the full-screen editor.
The seat map editor is a full-screen canvas where you draw your venue: place seats, group them into sections, add a stage, and paint zones. Reach it from the Seating tab.
Building blocks

The stage
Add a movable, resizable stage marker; pick its shape (rectangle, rounded or ellipse).

Section generator
Specify rows × seats and the editor lays out a neat block. Repeat for each seating area.

Select & arrange
Click a seat, shift-drag a marquee for many, drag to move, and use the bulk rotate handle for angled blocks.

Zones
Create colored categories and assign selected seats to them.
Tip
Zones carry only a name and color here. The actual prices live in the pricing matrix on the Tickets page.
Seat status
A seat is available or blocked. Block seats you’ll never sell (broken chairs, obstructed views, the sound desk) so they’re excluded from availability and don’t need a zone.
Heads up
Editing is free while in draft. After seats sell, the layout locks to protect existing buyers — prices stay editable, but the map won’t change.
