Pricing, quantities & per-order limits

How price, quantity and max-per-order interact — and how to use them to shape demand.

Three settings on every ticket type control availability and behavior: price, quantity, and max per order. Used well, they shape demand and keep sales fair.

Price

The amount the buyer pays for one ticket. Use 0 for free. Price changes apply only to future purchases — buyers who already paid keep their price.

Quantity

The total that can ever be sold. You can increase it anytime, but not below what’s already sold. A small Early Bird quantity creates urgency and rolls demand into your higher regular price.

Max per order

The most of a type one buyer can purchase in a single order. Keeps limited tiers fair and blunts bulk-buying. It caps an order, not a person.

Good to know

On seated events, price lives in the pricing matrix and quantity is driven by the seat map — not a number you type here.
