Selling add-on products

Offer merch, parking, meal passes and other extras to raise your average order value.

Products are extras buyers can add alongside tickets — merchandise, parking, meal vouchers, workshop upgrades. A simple way to increase revenue per attendee.

Tip

Use a ticket type for anything that grants entry; use a product for anything that isn’t entry but is bought at the same time.

Ideas that work

  • Merch bundles — pair a shirt with the ticket at a small discount.
  • Parking — sell a limited number of spots so you don’t oversell.
  • Fast-track / early entry — a low-cost perk many happily pay for.
  • Meal or drink passes — pre-sell catering to plan quantities.

Products show during checkout as optional add-ons. Buyers choose quantities and everything settles into a single order and payment. Track per-item performance under Orders and Analytics.

Heads up

For physical items, state upfront whether buyers collect at the door or you ship — and use quantity limits so you don’t promise stock you don’t have.
