Setting up POS devices & pairing
Pair a device for Point of Sale so your team can take orders at the door, linked to your workspace.
Point of Sale (POS) lets your team sell tickets on-site — at the box office or the door. Before event day, pair the devices your staff will use so they’re securely linked to your workspace.
- 1
Start pairing
From your workspace’s Point of Sale setup.
- 2
Complete on the device
On the device your staff will use, complete the pairing step to link it.
- 3
Confirm before doors
The device is now authorized to sell — test it before opening.
Tip
Access follows team permissions — door staff need the POS permission (or ownership) to sell. See Inviting team members.
Heads up
POS selling is not available for events with assigned seating, because on-site sales can’t run the interactive seat-picking flow. See POS limitations.
