Connecting a custom domain

Put your storefront on your own domain for a fully branded address — set up the DNS record and verify.

tickets.yourbrand.com

By default your storefront lives at a Verimly address. A custom domain puts it on your own web address — like tickets.yourbrand.com — for a fully branded experience buyers trust.

Setting it up

  1. 1

    Add your domain

In Settings → Domain, add the domain you want to use.

  2. 2

    Create the DNS record

In your domain provider, add the shown record — typically a CNAME — pointing to the target Verimly gives you.

  3. 3

    Verify

Come back and verify; once DNS propagates and the record is detected, your domain goes live.

Tip

A subdomain (like tickets.yourbrand.com) is the simplest and most reliable to set up with a CNAME. Copy-paste the exact target to avoid typos.

Verification won’t pass

Double-check the record host and value exactly match what’s shown, and give DNS time to propagate.

It worked but is slow to appear

Some providers cache DNS — re-verify after a while.
