Good to know
Sold count counts issued tickets (an order of 3 adds 3). Revenue reflects what buyers paid; refunds reduce it.
Turning data into decisions
- Early Bird selling fast? Add a phase or a smaller, higher next tier.
- A tier stalling? Revisit its price or deactivate and push demand elsewhere.
- Products underperforming? Rename, rebundle, or feature them more prominently.
